Her dedication goes beyond personal expertise—she provides in-depth training, personally mentoring each aesthetician and sharing her wealth of knowledge to support their growth. This commitment ensures a consistent standard of excellence, so every client receives the same exceptional care and transformative results, whether they’re treated by Julie herself or one of her highly skilled aestheticians.
Outside of the treatment room, Julie loves spending time with her family and her first grandson! In her free time, she loves staying active, hiking, vacationing, and exploring new destinations.

Meet Kristina – Our Expert Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner.
Kristina is a highly skilled aesthetic nurse practitioner with a passion for enhancing natural beauty through personalized care. With seven years of experience in aesthetic medicine and a background in acute care, OBGYN, comprehensive cosmetic injectable training, and IV concierge medicine, Kristina artfully combines medical expertise with a keen eye for detail to deliver stunning, natural-looking results.
Kristina began her nursing career in 2016 and transitioned into aesthetic medicine in 2018. In 2022, she became a board-certified Nurse Practitioner and has since focused exclusively on aesthetics. She specializes in non-surgical facial rejuvenation, creating personalized treatment plans that incorporate injectables and advanced skin rejuvenation treatments to help clients achieve their aesthetic goals with confidence.
Certified in a range of cutting-edge cosmetic procedures—including Botox, dermal fillers, Sculptra, laser treatments, and skin rejuvenation therapies—Kristina is known for her commitment to natural-looking enhancements that complement each client’s unique features. Her dedication to ongoing education ensures she stays at the forefront of aesthetic advancements, providing safe, effective, and innovative treatments.

Melissa
Advanced Aesthetician & Brow Artist
Meet Melissa. Melissa is passionate about all things skincare and beauty, dedicated to enhancing her clients’ natural features and boosting their confidence. She has a true passion for sculpting the perfect brows—whether it’s a simple wax and shape or a full transformation with precise mapping, lamination, and staining artistry. Her commitment to skincare led her to train at The Academy of Hair Design, followed by advanced laser treatment education through Empower You Aesthetics. Always eager to stay ahead of the latest trends and techniques, Melissa continuously expands her knowledge to provide the most effective treatments available.
But her talents don’t stop there—Melissa is also a professional dancer! Currently performing in MJ Live at Harrah’s, she has been part of the Las Vegas entertainment industry for over a decade, including a role in the legendary Jubilee! When she’s not in the treatment room or on stage, she loves spending time with her big family and snuggling with her adorable pup, Zeus.

Seidy
Advanced Aesthetician
We’re thrilled to introduce Seidy, our talented Advanced Aesthetician at The Skin Proper! With specialized expertise in advanced skincare treatments, she’s here to help you achieve your healthiest, most radiant skin.
A graduate of the NIMA Institute, Seidy received advanced training in Aesthetics & Laser Technology at the National Institute of Medical Aesthetics in Las Vegas. Originally from Elko, Nevada, she moved to Vegas to follow her passion for skincare and has been dedicated to helping clients look and feel their best ever since.
Seidy specializes in acne, corrective care, and anti-aging treatments, with a particular love for microneedling, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and resurfacing laser treatments. Her approach is all about delivering results-driven treatments while ensuring every client feels confident and cared for.
When she’s not perfecting skin, you’ll find her shopping, reading, spending time with family, and traveling with her husband. She’s also an avid home cook and never misses a good reality TV show!

Mireya
Receptionist and Advanced Aesthetician
Meet Mireya, our dedicated Advanced Aesthetician and front desk receptionist at The Skin Proper! Mireya has a true passion for skincare and beauty, always striving to help clients feel confident and radiant in their own skin.
She graduated from the Aveda Institute in February 2023 and further enhanced her expertise by completing a 75-hour Advanced Aesthetics course, earning her Advanced Aesthetician License. Mireya is committed to providing personalized treatments tailored to each client’s unique skin needs and guiding them toward the best products to achieve their skincare goals.
Outside of The Skin Proper, Mireya loves spending time with family and friends, traveling, and caring for her energetic three-year-old husky, Xena. We’re so lucky to have her as part of our team and know you’ll love working with her on your skincare journey!

Meet Keialina – or as most of you know her, Ali!
As our committed Practice Manager, Ali brings 14 years of experience in the dental and healthcare and cosmetic industry, seamlessly transitioning into the world of Med Spa management. With a passion for business development and client care, she ensures that every guest receives a personalized, top-tier experience by guiding our expert team with her leadership and infectious energy.
Ali’s bubbly personality and genuine love for people create a warm and welcoming environment where every client feels like family. She is committed to making sure you leave our spa feeling confident, cared for, and beyond satisfied with your service.
When she’s not in the office, Ali is a proud mom to her two princess daughters, who keep her on her toes with their endless energy and joy. She also loves merging her passions for cooking, fitness, and health—crafting delicious, nutritious recipes for her family and sharing them with other busy moms.
